Hello all, FallenAngels has officialy opened up the Rainbow Six Vegas division

Again, were looking for mature players that do not have to dedicate their lives to this, but at least commit and practice on an weekly basis. As well as a strong intrest in the game helps alot too.

Shouldnt this be in the new division area? Also, I think I will be getting a 360 soon and GoW and RB6 Vegas.

Good to hear you will be joining over 7 million 360 users. If you enjoyed BF2 and love to coordinate in an military tactical enviornment then Rainbow Six is right down your alley. Its alot more realistic than BF2, it also features a similar presistant character tool as BF2.

Its called PEC (Persistant Elite Creation) as you gain experince in matches, your military rank increases thus unlocking newer armour (that actually effects your mobility and protection) as well as rifles, pistols, shotguns and light machineguns.

Anyone familiar with Counterstrike will feel right at home with all the weapons.

Welcome to the beginning of an great contribution to Fallen Angels!

The Rainbow Six Devision will carry over the same asthetics as all the other team based tactical shooters here at FA, as well as incorporating heavy reliance on player roles (such as equipment templates).

Once I can get a few more people, ill be sure to notify everyone of practices and get togethers.

Feel free to ask me anthing Rainbow Six related, or 360 related, I am more than happy to answer anyones questions!

Yeah, I was a huge raven shield player back in the day. From what I hear RB6 Vegas has that tactical playing style while not sacraficing speed and enjoyment (As SWAT 4 did).

Get together Matches this weekend
 

I have been getting alot of request from the xbox forums to join up here, once everyone gets situated here at the FA forums ill post some "get together" matches for the weekend.

These matches will be held to just get a feel for everyones skill and attributes.

I will contact everyone if I can squeeze one in this week.

Christ sake i want a 360, i was a masher at rainbow six 3 (raven shield)

but UBI really has lost all my respect for how much they fucked the last few rainbow six's up.

11-29 Get together Match
 

I recently sent out a couple of private messages saying to disregard the match for wednsday, well its still on! As I may not be able to appear during the get together ( I will be at the NYC christmas tree lighting with my girl) 2nd in command player W00D will be hosting the match and helping everyone out.

This match is intended for everyone to familiraize themselves with each other and share any usefull ideas/tactics that can contribute to the squad.

This match is not going to be an tryout match, its simply just to get to know everyone.

So if you do plan on attending PM W00D over xbox live, again his gamer tag is W00D that is two zeroes.

I thikn that the first rainbowsix and rainbow six blakc arrow for the orignial xbox were great additiosn to the old xbox's library. The original rainbow six on the xbox had a huge clan following, UBI fucked up when they published lockdown.

But with vegas they made sure the team that made the first Rainbow, made this one. Its going to be a heavily played online game for a long time.

If you do ever get a 360 defcon get rainbow six.

Restrictions:None (Its good to use all original game items)

Map Rotation: Kill House/LVY Campus/Street/Dantes/Library
(Requests can be made to Host for different maps)

Max PLayers:10

Private Slots:10 (So no public people can enter)

Allow Voice:Everyone.

I was hosting for awhile but I only had 2 people that wanted in on my friends list and because NJPunker23 was absent i was unable to get the other potentials. This will be rescheduled sometime soon, look for details from the punker.

I'm waiting on PC.

Mandatory Practice This Weekend

By at least friday can everyone get in touch with me with their avliable time slots for this weekend?

I want to hold a MANDATORY practice/tryout match. So if I can get everyones avaliable times that would be great.

Since this is the very beginning of forming a squad it will be take as an somewhat cuasual/informal event. But once we start building up an strong squad and competing in scrims, Mandatory practises will have set dates, and I will ask everyone to please attend them.

Please do keep in mind I will try MY HARDEST to scchedule them around everyones open times lots. I am also willing to have more than one practice match a day for people that can only make it at certain times.

I fully understand that we all have seperate lives, I am an Full time college student with an loving Girlfriend that i spend time with. As I may not always be around, I am stil willing to dedicate myself to the team and allow free time for the squad.

Furthermore, I will always contact you guys through PM's and Gamertag Messages. But it would be more of a convience for everyone to post in this thread to keep everyoen organized.

So please get intouch with me by friday with your weekend avalability.
Preferably late night hours are the best, I am a night owel I can stay up as long as i need to.

When giving me your times please specifiy to me what Timezone you are in.

weekend times:
10am-about1pm, about 8 or 9pm- around 1 or 2 am
but really on the weekend i can make most times except from like 3-7 pm... thats when im usually hangin out with my friends...

alright so this is how my schedule usually is
i work from 4-8 around 3 days a week usually
sunday monday and friday
but other wise i can be on whenever after 4 since i get out of school at 3

weekends i can play late nights like 12 pacific time and early after noon saturdays and sundays

hey im up for joining the Fallen Angels clan. My availability varies because my work schedule is always changing, i usually only work 10-15 hours a week though because of school (and xbl =D). i do also have school mon-fri 8:37-3:17.

After gathering everyones weekend avalability the matches will be scheduled for Saturday and Sunday nights at 8PM-3AM(EST) This time slot should be ample for everyone listed above.

You are not required to stay for the WHOLE timeslot, but at least show up for an hour and half. If for what ever reason something comes up and you cannot make it this weekend/cant get in contact with me, please at least contact me later on and if you are still willing to join I will be considerate enough to host make up matches during next week.

Yep saturday and sunday. If both days will interfere with your schedule at least come one day and participate to make up for the missed day.

It's being voted on in the Administration as we speak. Normally the polls stay up for at least 24 hours so all members of the AD have a chance to look at it. Expect an official word by tomorrow night, or Monday at the latest.
